Active Matter Crossplay & Shared Progress
Active Matter is listed for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The most important practical distinction is that PC progress sharing and console-to-PC progress sharing are not the same claim.

Can PC and console players play together?
Yes. The official FAQ confirms cross-platform multiplayer. Console players can search within their own platform, across consoles, or across all platforms. Check this setting when comparing matchmaking choices; a restricted pool and all-platform search are different selections.

PC storefronts share progress through the same Gaijin account
The official FAQ records shared progress between the Steam and Gaijin Store PC versions when the same Gaijin account is used. It separately states that PC progress is not shared with PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S.
